I had a superior king room and it was luxurious with private balcony, a jacuzzi tub and the jetted tub. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient.

Thoroughly enjoyed central heating, multi-channel television, and a radio in the room. The location in the heart of St. Augustine was the best. Further, it was close enough to restaurants and shopping, all the major sites in the old town, including the fort and dozens of restaurants, and the waterfront.

Its location in a congested area was unbeatable. Booked a room with the balcony.

The location is amazing and stunning, just a 5-minute walk to a historic fort. The beds are very comfy and the rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a sitting area. The staff is extremely friendly and the check-in process is easy.

i had a just perfect trip and would like to come again. lovely hotel in an amazing location in the heart of the historic district, loved this place. my room included a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and a sitting area. location: the property was really close to all the shops, and walking the town. again, the hotel was at a medium distance from a private liberal arts college. overall the service was amazing.
